Meet The Business Crime Initiative Team
Julie Davies - Business Crime Manager
Julie has been involved with the Initiative throughout its 22 year evolution. She has 25 years related experience in dealing with town centre crime. It was her vision many years ago to link businesses in an intelligence-led approach to tackling crime and disorder which is responsible for the Crime Initiative of today.
Julie is responsible for overseeing the strategies of the Crime Initiative and for its day to day management and operation.
Paul Greenhough - Business Crime Officer / Intelligence Manager
Paul joined the team in May 2007 to help implement the roll-out across the six towns of Stoke on Trent. For the previous eight years he had worked in a crime prevention role for Debenhams and HMV and he utilises the skills obtained in this role in his work with the Crime Initiative. His responsibilities include managing intelligence and briefings.
Paul took on the intelligence role following the departure of Tom Walley, who became Oldham’s Business Crime Officer.
Claire Waltho - Administration/Accounts Manager
Claire joined the Crime Initiative in 2008, taking on responsibility for the general administration and accounts and providing support for the Business Crime Manager. More recently, Claire has undertaken the added responsibility of data inputting.
